Terms & Conditions for Voucher

  1. Ajax Spurway Fasteners Gift Cards are redeemable at all participating Ajax Spurway Fasteners outlets in Fiji only.
  2. Gift Cards are available in selected denominations and may only be used for the purchase of merchandise available in-store.
  3. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part.
  4. No cash change or refund will be given where the purchase value is less than the Gift Card value. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
  5. Each Gift Card is valid for one (1) transaction only. If the invoice value exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  6. Gift Cards are valid for six (12) months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  7. Ajax Spurway Fasteners will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
  8. Gift Cards must contain a valid serial number and barcode to be accepted for redemption.
  9. Ajax Spurway Fasteners reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any Gift Card suspected of fraud, misuse, alteration, or tampering.
  10. Gift Cards purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  11. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card unless otherwise approved by management.
  12. Ajax Spurway Fasteners reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  13. By purchasing or using this Gift Card, the customer agrees to the above Terms & Conditions.
